"measurable" success; when it comes to real life, you can't measure anything, at most your vital functions. As healthy as a nice ECG is, it won't get you anywhere in our context. (I'm a paramedic, among other things) If you still want to measure, simply check whether my advice and suggestions are of concrete benefit to you. That's why the free 45-minute initial consultation is so important: Do you see me as your mentor? Can I help you with your concerns?

Efficiency/effectiveness, I have always had a stomachache about applying concepts from economics to human life. Not because the economy is evil, but because human existence is essentially irrational, emotionally colored and chaotic. Dale Carnegie has already explained this to us all: "When you deal with people, you must do not forget that we are not talking about logical beings. Man is an emotional being, bursting with prejudices, whose motives are pride and vanity." (and yes, mentors are people too :)
